The power of body language

Actually I'm quite fond of body languages.
It tells you the other sides of that person,
whether how she/he speaks synchronize with the body gestures,
facial expression and other body language's signals.
There are several body languages that consider quite common, which are

  1. lean slightly forward in your chair - comfortable and feeling confident
  2. nodding- positive message, they are listening and interested. However too much nodding implies lost interest, they are not really listening and simply nodding to be polite.
  3. staring- aggression and implies a person feels dominant and powerful.
  4. crossing ankles- fairly relaxed or they want to run away from the situation.
  5. crossed legs- negative, defensive position or relaxed
  6. touching of face- uncertain/anxious.
  7. weak handshake- distances and cold person, lack of enthusiasm.
  8. cross arm- nervous, negative, aggressive attitude.
  9. patting down or fondling hair - insecurity and lack of self-confident( which sometimes female likes to do it).
